Who we are
We are all actors. Being a citizen does not mean living in the world, it means changing it’ – Augusto Boal
At Doyenne circle, we believe in the power of theater and storytelling as a medium to create massive impact and foster growth. Founded in 2019, We have and continue to use drama, seminars, workshops, and mentorship programs as a means to address the myriad of issues faced by the everyday woman across different areas of life, from career, to relationships, and lifestyle. We engage and challenge communities, provoke dialogue, and inspire women to strive to be the best versions of themselves, thriving effortlessly and making their voices heard.
We have the audacious goal to positively impact 40,000 women over the next eight years, and we’re already in motion, providing mentorship to young girls across Nigeria, and with two stirring and thought provoking productions, Ada the Country and Speaking Out.
